INGREDIENTS
- 1x 160g vanilla yoghurt
- 1 scoop Happy Way White Choc Raspberry Protein
- Handful of sugar-free white choc chips
- 200g cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cornflour

½ cup frozen raspberries
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 160C and prepare a tray with baking paper. Set aside.
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl/blender (excluding raspberries and white choc chips) and mix until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the tray and top with raspberries and white chocolate chips.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before refrigerating for at least an hour and slice to enjoy!
