INGREDIENTS
- 90g Happy Way Lychee Vegan Protein Water
- 550ml water
- 280g canned lychees in syrup (including syrup)
- 10ml lime juice
- 2 cups of ice
METHOD
- Mix Protein Water + water in a shaker (or with a hand blender) until smooth.
- Blend with fresh lychees, lime juice and ice, then strain into a wide, freezer-safe glass container.
- Cover and freeze for 2 hours, until icy around the edges.
- Scrape the edges and any large ice crystals with a fork, then return to the freezer. Repeat hourly.
- Once light, flaky crystals form, serve immediately and enjoy!
