3-INGREDIENT LYCHEE GRANITA

INGREDIENTS 

METHOD

  1. Mix Protein Water + water in a shaker (or with a hand blender) until smooth.⁠
  2. Blend with fresh lychees, lime juice and ice, then strain into a wide, freezer-safe glass container.⁠
  3. Cover and freeze for 2 hours, until icy around the edges.⁠
  4. Scrape the edges and any large ice crystals with a fork, then return to the freezer. Repeat hourly.⁠
  5. Once light, flaky crystals form, serve immediately and enjoy!⁠
