INGREDIENTS:⁣
▫️45g @happywayau vegan vanilla protein⁣
▫️1 cup pitted medjool dates (soaked in hot water for 30 mins and drained)⁣
▫️1 cup almond flour⁣
▫️2/3 cup sugar free vegan choc-chips⁣

METHOD:
▫️Preheat the oven to 175°C.⁣
▫️In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and protein powder.⁣
▫️Add in the soaked medjool dates and combine the dried ingredients and dates together using your hands until the mixture is doughy enough to form into cookie shaped portions. If the mixture is too dry, add in extra water.⁣
▫️Place the moulded cookies onto a lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes. They cook very fast so be sure to check on them regularly. Allow to cool before serving.
