4-INGREDIENT CHOC MINT ICE-CREAM

INGREDIENTS 

  • 60g Choc Mint Protein Powder (Whey or Vegan) 
  • 500ml milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon Cottee's Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix 
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder 
  • 1-2 tsp mint extract (optional: if you prefer it extra minty!)
  • Aero chocolate, crushed 

METHOD

  1. Combine the protein, milk, pudding mix and cacao in your creami tub and mix with a spoon or hand blender until it is all combined. 
  2. Freeze for a minimum of 12 hours. 
  3. Spin on Ice Cream setting. 
  4. Add your crushed Aero chocolate to the centre and place the tub back in with the Mix In function and enjoy! 

Equipment Required - Ninja Creami
