INGREDIENTS 
- 60g Choc Mint Protein Powder (Whey or Vegan)
 - 500ml milk of choice
 - 1 tablespoon Cottee's Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
 - 1 tbsp cacao powder
 - 1-2 tsp mint extract (optional: if you prefer it extra minty!)
 - Aero chocolate, crushed
 
METHOD
- Combine the protein, milk, pudding mix and cacao in your creami tub and mix with a spoon or hand blender until it is all combined.
 - Freeze for a minimum of 12 hours.
 - Spin on Ice Cream setting.
 - Add your crushed Aero chocolate to the centre and place the tub back in with the Mix In function and enjoy!
