INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 dark chocolate chips, melted
- 300g silken tofu, drained well
- 30g Happy Way Dark Chocolate Vegan Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
METHOD
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth. Set aside and allow to cool slightly.
- Once slightly cooled, add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate for several hours or overnight for best results.
- Serve with fresh strawberries and chocolate shavings.
