5-minute HIGH PROTEIN FUDGE

INGREDIENTS 

METHOD

  1. Blitz the bananas until smooth.⁠
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave.⁠
  3. Add the melted chocolate and protein powder to the blended bananas and mix well.⁠
  4. Cut the strawberries in half and lay the flat side down in a lined tray.⁠
  5. Add blueberries in the spaces between the strawberries.⁠
  6. Pour the banana mixture over the berries and smooth it out.⁠
  7. Freeze for a minimum of two hours and ENJOY!
