5 SEED MOCHA PROTEIN BARS
INGREDIENTS
- 475g Medjool dates, pitted
- 125g cashew butter (or any preferred nut butter)
- 60g Happy Way Whey DeJa Brew Coffee Protein Powder
- 60g oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup flax seeds
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ⅔ cup desiccated or shredded coconut
- Pinch of sea salt
METHOD

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well combined. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and press the mixture firmly and evenly into the tin, using the back of a spoon or your hands to compact it.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set, then slice into bars. Store the bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for longer storage and enjoy!
