1 Scoop Happy Way Salted Caramel Protein Powder

1 Large Egg

1 Tablespoon Cacao Powder

1/3 flour of choice

1/2 Teaspoon Bi-Carb Soda

1 tablespoon Almond Milk

  • In a bowl add all of the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Add the egg and whisk followed by the almond milk. Stir until smooth and no lumps can be seen in the mixture.
  • Grease 2 mugs with coconut oil and evenly divide the mixture between the two. Add into the microwave for 90 seconds. Enjoy warm with a dollop of cream or ice cream on the side.
