INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 60g Happy Way Tiramisu Protein Powder (Whey or Vegan)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1½ cups your choice of milk
- 1 tsp instant coffee (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp cacao powder
- Your choice of yoghurt
- Cacao powder
METHOD
- In a large bowl, mix together your dry ingredients.
- Add all wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a prepared square baking tray.
- Bake at 180°C for 35–40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Top with yoghurt and a dusting of cacao powder.
- Portion into 4–5 serves and store in airtight containers in the fridge.
