INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1 scoop Happy Way Choc Mint Whey Protein Powder
- 2 Weet-bix, crushed
- 1/4 cup milk of choice (add more if you prefer your base a little more soggy)
- 1 tsp maple syrup (adjust according to taste)
- 100g Vanilla Yoghurt
- Handful of Aero chocolate, whole and crushed
- Drizzle of melted chocolate
METHOD
- Crush 2 Weet-bix.
- Add milk and maple syrup. Mix together and pat down to create a base.
- Top with sliced bananas and set aside.
- Add protein to yoghurt and mix until well combined.
- Pour yoghurt mixture on top of banana layer and sprinkle crushed Aero chocolate.

Allow to set overnight or for a minimum of 15 minutes and enjoy!
