AIR FRYER CINNAMON & BANANA PIZZA
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE PIZZA BASE:
- 40 g self raising flour
- 10 g Happy Way Like A Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
- 40 g Greek yoghurt
- 7 g Rice Bubbles
FOR THE TOPPING:
- 1 banana, sliced
- Cinnamon
- Natural sweetener (maple syrup, honey etc)
- Icing sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, protein and yoghurt.
- Add the Rice Bubbles to the bowl and form into a ball.
- On a baking sheet, add the ball mixture and flatten with your hands into a circle.
- Top with sliced banana, cinnamon and a natural sweetener of your choice.
- Cook in the air fryer for 12 minutes on 180°C.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar, cut into 4 pieces and enjoy!
