FOR THE PIZZA BASE:

FOR THE TOPPING:

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • Cinnamon 
  • Natural sweetener (maple syrup, honey etc)
  • Icing sugar

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, protein and yoghurt.
  2. Add the Rice Bubbles to the bowl and form into a ball.
  3. On a baking sheet, add the ball mixture and flatten with your hands into a circle.
  4. Top with sliced banana, cinnamon and a natural sweetener of your choice.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 12 minutes on 180°C.
  6. Sprinkle with icing sugar, cut into 4 pieces and enjoy!
