INGREDIENTS

1 ripe banana
- 2 apples diced
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 serve Happy Way flavourless protein
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk

METHOD
- Preheat oven to 190 C.
- Dice your apples with skin on.
- Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Combine all wet ingredients to dry and stir well.
- Spray your muffin tins and pour until filled 3/4 of the way
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through and enjoy!
