APPLE CINNAMON MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe banana⁠
  • 2 apples diced⁠
  • 2 eggs⁠
  • 1/4 cup honey⁠
  • 1 cup plain flour⁠
  • 1/2 cup oats⁠
  • 1 serve Happy Way flavourless protein
  • 2 tsp baking powder⁠
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon⁠
  • 1/2 tsp salt⁠
  • 1/2 cup milk⁠
  • Choc chips⁠

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 190 C. ⁠
  2. Dice your apples with skin on. ⁠
  3. Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.⁠
  4. Combine all wet ingredients to dry and stir well.
  5. Spray your muffin tins and pour until filled 3/4 of the way⁠
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through and enjoy!
