APPLE PIE BISCOFF BAKED OATS

INGREDIENTS 

For the stewed apples

  • 2-3 small apples, peeled, cored, and diced⁠
  • 1/2 ground cinnamon⁠
  • Pinch of nutmeg⁠
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup⁠

METHOD

  1. Prepare your stewed apples and set aside.⁠
  2. In a baking tray, mix together your dry ingredients.⁠
  3. Add all wet ingredients to the dry mixture and mix until well combined.⁠
  4. Top with stewed apples and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180°C.⁠
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.⁠
  6. Optional: Top with extra melted Biscoff and cookies and enjoy!
