INGREDIENTS

2 cups rolled oats
- 30g Happy Way Salted Caramel Whey Protein Powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 apple, peeled, cored and diced
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 125g apple puree

1.5 cups milk of choice
For the stewed apples
- 2-3 small apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1/2 ground cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg

1 tbsp maple syrup
METHOD
- Prepare your stewed apples and set aside.
- In a baking tray, mix together your dry ingredients.
- Add all wet ingredients to the dry mixture and mix until well combined.
- Top with stewed apples and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180°C.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
- Optional: Top with extra melted Biscoff and cookies and enjoy!
