BANANA BAKED PRO-OATS
INGREDIENTS
- 80 g oat flour
- 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way Banana Bonanza Whey Protein Powder
- 50 ml almond milk or other plant milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp agave
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and mix until well combined and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into an oven dish or oven-safe ramekin and bake for 20 minutes or until golden and enjoy!
