INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 cups oat flour
- 1/2 cup Happy Way Cinnamon Bun protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 large banana
- Desiccated Coconut (for rolling)
METHOD
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until it forms a cookie dough consistency.
- Roll into balls and coat each ball in coconut.
- Store in the fridge for up to 5–7 days.
