BANANA BREAD PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed ⁠
  • 125g oat flour⁠
  • 75g almond meal⁠
  • 30g Happy Way Banana Protein Powder⁠
  • 85g peanut butter (or almond butter)⁠
  • 40g maple syrup⁠
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon⁠
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract⁠
  • Pinch of salt⁠
  • 100g dark chocolate, melted (optional, for coating)⁠

METHOD

  1. In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix until a thick dough forms. If the mixture feels too dry, add 1 tsp milk at a time. If too sticky, add a little extra oat flour.⁠
  2. Scoop 1–2 tablespoons of mixture and roll into balls. Dip each ball into melted dark chocolate, then sprinkle with a pinch of salt.⁠
  3. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes, or until firm, then enjoy!
