INGREDIENTS
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 125g oat flour
- 75g almond meal
- 30g Happy Way Banana Protein Powder
- 85g peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 40g maple syrup
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 100g dark chocolate, melted (optional, for coating)
METHOD
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix until a thick dough forms. If the mixture feels too dry, add 1 tsp milk at a time. If too sticky, add a little extra oat flour.
- Scoop 1–2 tablespoons of mixture and roll into balls. Dip each ball into melted dark chocolate, then sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
- Place in the fridge for 20 minutes, or until firm, then enjoy!
