BANANA BREAD SNACK MUFFINS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet Happy Way Banana Bread Protein Mix
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup granola
METHOD
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C and line a muffin tray with 12 muffin cases.
- In a bowl, mix all of the wet ingredients together until well combined. Fold through the dry banana bread mix and stir well.
- Spoon the mixture into the lined muffin tray and top with approximately 1 tbsp of granola.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a fork or skewer comes out clean and enjoy!
