BANANA CHOC CARAMEL SMOOTHIE
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 250 ml water
- 1/2 scoop Choc Caramel Whey Protein Powder
- 1/2 scoop Banana Bonanza Whey Protein Powder
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 date, pitted
- Caramel syrup (for rim of glass)
- Combine all of the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into your prepared glass and enjoy!
