BANANA PROTEIN PANCAKES

Ingredients:

MAKES 6 Pancakes

Pancakes:

  • 4 Ripe Bananas
  • 2 Scoops Happy Way Vanilla Protein
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 Punnet Blueberries
  • 1 Punnet Rasberries

Topping:

  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Natural Honey


Method:

  1. In large bowl, mash 4 ripe bananas together
  2. Add Protein Powder, Eggs, Cinnamon to the bowl and mix together
  3. Add a handful of blueberries, raspberries to the mix and mix together
  4. Place on a hot pan and cook until golden
  5. Add Coconut Yoghurt, honey and the remaining blueberries, raspberries on top of the pancakes.
