- 5 strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way Like A Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 Medjool date
- Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into your smoothie glass, and add a sprinkle of coconut flakes or fresh strawberry if desired—enjoy!
