BISCOFF BAKED OATS

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 30g Happy Way Caramel Biscuit Whey Protein Powder 
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread, melted
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
  • 1.5 cups milk of choice (we used the Churro Milk from Minor Figures)

METHOD

  1. In a large bowl mix together your dry ingredients.
  2. Add in all wet ingredients to the dry mixture and mix until well combined.
  3. Pour mixture into a prepared square baking tray.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes on 180 degrees celsius.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Optional: Top with extra melted Biscoff and cookies.
  6. Portion into 4-5 serves. Store in your fridge in airtight containers.
