INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 30g Happy Way Caramel Biscuit Whey Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup Biscoff spread, melted
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips

1.5 cups milk of choice (we used the Churro Milk from Minor Figures)
METHOD
- In a large bowl mix together your dry ingredients.
- Add in all wet ingredients to the dry mixture and mix until well combined.
- Pour mixture into a prepared square baking tray.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes on 180 degrees celsius.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Optional: Top with extra melted Biscoff and cookies.

Portion into 4-5 serves. Store in your fridge in airtight containers.
