INGREDIENTS
FOR THE OATS:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way Caramel Biscuit Whey Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup water
- Milk, splash
FOR THE TOPPING:
- Handful strawberries, sliced
- 1 banana, sliced
- Biscoff
- Gluten-free Rice Bubbles
- Handful shredded coconut
- Cinnamon
METHOD
- Mix the oats, water and protein powder together until it becomes a thick consistency.
- Add a splash of milk, mixing well, then pour into a bowl.
- Add the melted Biscoff and use a spoon to create a marble effect.
- Add the toppings in a fun pattern, pour a nice cuppa and enjoy!
