INGREDIENTS 

FOR THE TOPPINGS

  • 1 lotus cookie
  • Ground almonds
  • Cocoa powder 
  • Cocoa beans, roasted and chopped 

METHOD 

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender (excluding toppings) until you've reached a thick smoothie consistency.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl, decorate it with your favourite toppings, and enjoy!
