
BISCOFF SMOOTHIE BOWL
INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp Happy Way Caramel Biscuit Vegan Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp chia
- 5 ice cubes
- 100 g Greek yogurt
FOR THE TOPPINGS
- 1 lotus cookie
- Ground almonds
- Cocoa powder
- Cocoa beans, roasted and chopped
METHOD
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender (excluding toppings) until you've reached a thick smoothie consistency.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl, decorate it with your favourite toppings, and enjoy!
