BISCOFF STUFFED DATES
INGREDIENTS
- 6 pitted medjool dates
- 2 tsp of Happy Way Flavourless Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup of runny almond butter (or peanut)
- 2 lotus biscoff cookies, chopped
METHOD
- Combine almond butter and protein together until a dough forms.
- Add biscoff cookies then knead them into the dough.
- Stuff some dough into each date.
- Enjoy right away or store in the fridge and enjoy over for 3-4 days.
