INGREDIENTS

1.5 cups oats
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1 cups high protein vanilla yoghurt
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1tsp vanilla extract

6g Happy Way Matcha Green Tea Powder
METHOD
- Blend all the ingredients together until just combined.
- Separate the mixture into three containers and let it set in the fridge overnight and enjoy!
