
BLENDED OATS
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 20g Happy Way Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2-3/4 cup of almond milk
- 1 heaped tbs Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 a banana
METHOD
- Blend all the overnight oats ingredients together, pour it into a glass, and place it in the fridge for minimum 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with half a sliced banana and some crunchy peanut butter!
