BLUEBERRY AND HEMP OVERNIGHT WEETBIX

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 Weet-Bix⁠
  • 1tbsp chia seeds⁠
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder ⁠
  • 5g Happy Way flavourless creatine
  • 1/3 cup milk⁠
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt of choice
  • 1/3 cup frozen (or fresh) blueberries⁠
  • 1 tsp honey⁠
  • 2 tbsp flaked almonds⁠
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds⁠

METHOD

  1. Crush the Weet-Bix into thick crumbs in a container. Add the chia seeds, protein powder, and creatine.⁠
  2. Pour in the milk and stir to combine.⁠
  3. Place in the fridge for at least 10 minutes, or until the Weet-Bix mixture has absorbed the milk.⁠
  4. Top with an even layer of yoghurt, blueberries, flaked almonds, and hemp seeds. Then drizzle with honey.⁠
  5. Refrigerate overnight (or for at least another 10–20 minutes) and enjoy!
