INGREDIENTS
- 2 Weet-Bix
- 1tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop Happy Way Vanilla Protein Powder
- 5g Happy Way flavourless creatine
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup yoghurt of choice
- 1/3 cup frozen (or fresh) blueberries
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp flaked almonds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
METHOD
- Crush the Weet-Bix into thick crumbs in a container. Add the chia seeds, protein powder, and creatine.
- Pour in the milk and stir to combine.
- Place in the fridge for at least 10 minutes, or until the Weet-Bix mixture has absorbed the milk.
- Top with an even layer of yoghurt, blueberries, flaked almonds, and hemp seeds. Then drizzle with honey.
- Refrigerate overnight (or for at least another 10–20 minutes) and enjoy!
