blueberry pancakes with I love you Berry Much Whey Protein & Acai Berry Powder


  • 50g Rolled Oats
  • 100g Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 egg
  • Splash of water
  • 10g Stevia
  • 30g Berry Happy Way
  • Coconut Oil for pan (optional)
  • Place all ingredients (minus the coconut oil) in a blender or food processor until smooth
  • Place desired amount of coconut oil in pan if required, and pour in smooth pancake mixture evenly.
  • Flip when pancakes begin to bubble and repeat for remaining mixture
  • Top with desired toppings - I used plain greek yoghurt mixed with organic coconut syrup (yum!)
