Ingredients
2 cups ice
1 scoop Happy Way Caramel Biscuit Protein Powder (whey or vegan)
1/4 cup smooth Biscoff spread
1-2 shot espresso
1 1/2 cup coconut milk 
4 Biscoff biscuits, crushed
1 tbsp caramel sauce

Method:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend well until creamy. Rim the outside of your martini glass with the caramel and crushed Biscoff biscuits. Serve immediately and enjoy!
