CARAMILK PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup medjool dates - soaked for 10 minutes in boiling water⁠
  • 1 cup almond meal⁠
  • 2 scoops Happy Way White Choc Caramel Protein Powder ⁠
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup⁠
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter⁠
  • 1/3 cup oats⁠
  • 1 block caramilk chocolate, melted⁠

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients except the block of chocolate in a blender or food processor.⁠
  2. Transfer it to a bowl and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes
  3. With wet hands, roll the mixture into 12–15 balls.
  4. Melt the chocolate and coat each ball.⁠
  5. Refrigerate to set and enjoy when firm.
