INGREDIENTS

1 cup medjool dates - soaked for 10 minutes in boiling water
- 1 cup almond meal
- 2 scoops Happy Way White Choc Caramel Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 block caramilk chocolate, melted
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients except the block of chocolate in a blender or food processor.
- Transfer it to a bowl and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes
- With wet hands, roll the mixture into 12–15 balls.
- Melt the chocolate and coat each ball.
- Refrigerate to set and enjoy when firm.
