CHOC BANANA BAKED OATS

INGREDIENTS

  • 25g coconut oil, melted⁠
  • 400ml milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 eggs⁠
  • 200g rolled oats⁠
  • 2 scoops Happy Way Choc Banana Protein Powder⁠
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder⁠
  • 1 tsp baking powder⁠
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 large ripe banana, mashed⁠
  • 1 banana, sliced for topping⁠
  • ½ cup dark choc chips⁠

 

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 185°C.⁠
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, milk, maple syrup, eggs and mashed bananas until smooth.⁠
  3. Add oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Stir until just combined. Pour mixture into prepared tin and top with banana slices and choc chips.⁠
  4. Bake for 35–40 mins or until golden and a skewer comes out mostly clean. Cool slightly before slicing and enjoy!
