INGREDIENTS
- 2 small bananas, sliced
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup chocolate melts
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Crushed nuts (optional)
- 1 scoop Happy Way Choc Banana Protein Powder
METHOD
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Add sliced bananas to the tray and form a rectangular shape.
- Spread peanut butter on top and freeze for about 20 minutes, or until firm.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second increments.
- Add a scoop of protein and mix until combined, then spread over the peanut butter.
- Freeze for another 20 minutes (or until firm), then snap into pieces and enjoy!
