CHOC BANANA PB BARK

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper.⁠
  2. Add sliced bananas to the tray and form a rectangular shape.⁠
  3. Spread peanut butter on top and freeze for about 20 minutes, or until firm.⁠
  4. Melt chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second increments.⁠
  5. Add a scoop of protein and mix until combined, then spread over the peanut butter.⁠
  6. Freeze for another 20 minutes (or until firm), then snap into pieces and enjoy!
