CHOC BANANA PROTEIN BREAD

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 1/2 cup white flour 
  • 2 scoops Happy Way Choc Banana Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup oil or water
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips 

METHOD 

  1. Preheat oven to 180 and prepare a loaf tray with baking paper. 
  2. Add all the ingredients (excluding chocolate chips) into a bowl and mix until combined.
  3. Fold into chocolate chips and add to your prepared loaf tray.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes, t urn the oven off, but do not open the door. Leave the banana bread in the closed oven for an additional five minutes.
  5. Allow to cool then slice to serve!
