INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cup white flour
- 2 scoops Happy Way Choc Banana Protein Powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup oil or water
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180 and prepare a loaf tray with baking paper.
- Add all the ingredients (excluding chocolate chips) into a bowl and mix until combined.
- Fold into chocolate chips and add to your prepared loaf tray.
- Bake for 40 minutes, t urn the oven off, but do not open the door. Leave the banana bread in the closed oven for an additional five minutes.
- Allow to cool then slice to serve!
