▫️200gm butter, softened
▫️1 cup brown sugar
▫️1 scoop @happywayau Vegan Choc Caramel protein powder
▫️1 tbsp maple syrup
▫️1 tsp vanilla extract
▫️1/2 cup all purpose flour
▫️1/4 cup @happywayau Cacao powder
▫️1 cup chocolate chips
▫️Preheat oven to 170°C fan forced and line a baking tray with baking paper
▫️Using an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar until well combined. Add in the eggs, maple and vanilla and beat until light in colour.
▫️Sift in the flour, protein powder and cacao powder until combined. Fold through the chocolate chips.
▫️Pour into lined tray and bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool in the tray for 20 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
