INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 scoop Happy Way Vegan Banana Protein Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup 
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips + extra for on top if you wish 

METHOD:

  1. In a bowl, microwave safe bowl mash the ripe banana. 
  2. Add in the protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, maple syrup and milk. Mix until well combined. 
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips and add extra on top if you choose. 
  4. Microwave on high for 90 - 120 seconds
  5. Enjoy
