INGREDIENTS

250g almond butter
- 60ml maple syrup
- 60g desiccated coconut
- 50g Happy Way vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 75g mini choc chips (25g for drizzle)
METHOD
- Mix everything in a large bowl.
- Stir until smooth and combined.
- Scoop into 30g portions and roll into balls.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Drizzle Melted chocolate on top.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
