CHOC COCONUT BALLS
Ingredients:
☮1 cup almonds
☮1 scoop @happywayau Chocolate whey protein powder
☮1 cup pitted dates, soaked
☮1 cup desiccated coconut + extra to roll
☮2 tbsp almond butter
☮1 tbsp chia seeds
☮1 scoop @happywayau Chocolate whey protein powder

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way Top Of The Choc Whey Protein Powder
- 1 cup pitted dates, soaked
- 1 cup desiccated coconut + extra to roll
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
METHOD
- Add all ingredients into a food processor and process until well combined.
- Use a tablespoon amount of mixture and roll into balls.
- In a seperate small bowl, add the additional desiccated coconut and coat each ball.
- Allow to set in the fridge for approximately 1 hour before eating and then ENJOY!
