CHOC HAZELNUT PROTEIN BALLS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup hazelnut meal (or 1 cup hazelnuts blended)
- 1 cup pitted dates, (soaked in boiling water for 30 mins to soften)
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut + extra for coating
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 scoops Happy Way Vegan Triple Choc Fudge Protein Powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
METHOD
- Add soaked dates with 2 tbsp of soaking water, maple syrup & vanilla to a food processor or high-speed blender, and mix into a thick paste.
- Add date mixture and the remaining ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix to combine.
- Roll into 12 balls.
- Coat in coconut or melted dark chocolate.
- Place in the fridge for set for 2 hours and enjoy!
