INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup hazelnut meal (or 1 cup hazelnuts blended)
  • 1 cup pitted dates, (soaked in boiling water for 30 mins to soften)
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut + extra for coating
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 scoops Happy Way Vegan Triple Choc Fudge Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

METHOD 

  1. Add soaked dates with 2 tbsp of soaking water, maple syrup & vanilla to a food processor or high-speed blender, and mix into a thick paste.
  2. Add date mixture and the remaining ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix to combine.
  3. Roll into 12 balls.
  4. Coat in coconut or melted dark chocolate.
  5. Place in the fridge for set for 2 hours and enjoy!
