CHOC KIWI CHIA PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Add chia seeds to a jar, pour in water and mix well.⁠
  2. Add yoghurt and stir again.⁠
  3. Add protein powder and mix until smooth.⁠
  4. Leave in the fridge overnight to thicken (if it’s a little gluggy, add a splash more water and stir).⁠
  5. Top with kiwi + crunch and enjoy! ⁠
