INGREDIENTS
- 20g chia seeds
- 30g Happy Way Double Choc Chip Protein Powder
- 130g light Greek yoghurt
- 70g kiwi fruit
- 25g chocolate puff delights
- 100–150ml water
METHOD
- Add chia seeds to a jar, pour in water and mix well.
- Add yoghurt and stir again.
- Add protein powder and mix until smooth.
- Leave in the fridge overnight to thicken (if it’s a little gluggy, add a splash more water and stir).
- Top with kiwi + crunch and enjoy!
