INGREDIENTS 

  • 90g @happywayau chocolate whey protein powder
  • 30g rolled oats
  • 60g @pana_organic hazelnut spread
  • 30g maple syrup
  • 30g almond milk
  • 5g vanilla extract
  • 1g baking powder
  • 1g @maldonsalt sea salt flakes
  • 50g @lindt_au mint intense dark chocolate bar, chopped
  • 2 @oreo mint chocolate cookies


METHOD

1. Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chunks and Oreos) in a bowl and mix until fully combined.

2. Scoop out cookie dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

3. Top with mint dark chocolate bar and mint oreos.

4. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

5. Best when served warm.


The recipe makes 4 - 8 cookies, depending on how big or small you make them.
