CHOC PB CARAMEL SLICE
BASE
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup organic cocoa powder
- 1 serve (30g) Choc Peanut Butter Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 100g chocolate, melted
METHOD
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the base ingredients and mix well.
- In a lined baking tin, add the base and flatten.
- In another bowl, mix. the PB Caramel ingredients and then pour over the base.
- Lastly, add your melted chocolate as the topping.
- Set in the freezer for a couple of hours and keep stored in the freezer too.
