BASE
PB CARAMEL
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
TOP
  • 100g chocolate, melted

METHOD

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the base ingredients and mix well. 
  2. In a lined baking tin, add the base and flatten.
  3. In another bowl, mix. the PB Caramel ingredients and then pour over the base. 
  4. Lastly, add your melted chocolate as the topping. 
  5. Set in the freezer for a couple of hours and keep stored in the freezer too.
