CHOC PB PROTEIN BARS
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 10g coconut oil
- 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 60g Happy Way Top of the Choc Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon almond flour
TOPPING
- 75g dark chocolate melts
- 20g of Biscoff
METHOD
- In a large bowl mix together peanut butter, oil, honey and maple syrup. Once combined add almond flour & protein powder.
- Firmly press into a lined loaf tin.
- Melt choc with biscoff & pour over the top.
- Set in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
