INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup rolled oats⁠
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds⁠
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed⁠
  • 160g cup vanilla or plain yogurt⁠
  • 2 servings of Happy Way Caramel Biscuit Protein Powder⁠
  • 1 pinch of salt⁠
  • 200ml milk of choice⁠
  • 40g dark chocolate⁠


METHOD
1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, mashed banana, yoghurt, protein powder, salt and milk. Mix well, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.⁠
2. The next day, divide the overnight oats mixture evenly into two jars.⁠
3. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave for 60 seconds, stopping to stir every 20 seconds. Pour the melted chocolate over the oats in each jar, then place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate has hardened, then serve.⁠
