METHOD

  1. In a blender, combine the chia seeds, milk, 100g of yoghurt and protein powder until smooth.
  2. Spoon half the chia mixture into a glass or jar, followed by half of the remaining yoghurt, and a layer of mixed berries. Repeat the layers and top with a sprinkle of coconut.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, or overnight it time allows, then enjoy!
