CHOCOLATE BERRY CHIA PUDDING
INGREDIENTS
- 40g chia seeds
- 100ml milk of choice
- 200g yoghurt, divided
- 30g Happy Way Top of the Choc Whey Protein Powder
- Berries of choice, to serve
- Flaked or shredded coconut, to serve
METHOD
- In a blender, combine the chia seeds, milk, 100g of yoghurt and protein powder until smooth.
- Spoon half the chia mixture into a glass or jar, followed by half of the remaining yoghurt, and a layer of mixed berries. Repeat the layers and top with a sprinkle of coconut.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, or overnight it time allows, then enjoy!
