
CHOCOLATE BROWNIE PROTEIN OATS
INGREDIENTS
- 1⁄2 cup Happy Way Vanilla Whey Protein Quick Oats
- 150ml milk of choice
- 1 tbsp almond butter (or your preferred nut butter)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
FOR THE TOPPINGS:
- Sliced banana
- Crushed walnuts
- 1 square dark chocolate
METHOD

Combine all ‘oats’ ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly, until creamy.

Transfer to a bowl, top with banana, walnuts and dark chocolate, then serve.
