INGREDIENTS 

  • 300g mashed ripe banana
  • 115ml milk of choice
  • 115ml sugar free maple syrup
  • 125g Mayvers Dark Roast 100% peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon or mixed spice
  • 180g oat flour
  • 50g Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 160g dark chocolate chips


METHOD

  1. Mash ripe bananas and whisk together bananas, milk, maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla bean paste, apple cider vinegar and salt.
  2. Mix oat flour, vanilla protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and chocolate chips until just combined. Do not over mix.
  3. Pour into lined baking dish and top with chocolate chips.
  4. Bake at 165C for 30 minutes or until golden brown in color.
  5. Cool completely before cutting. Store in an air tight container for 5 days in refrigerator or freeze for 90 days.
