INGREDIENTS
- 250g nut butter of choice
- 60ml maple syrup
- 60g desiccated coconut
- 50g Happy Way Double Choc Chip Whey Protein Powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 100g mini choc chips (reserve 25g for drizzle)
METHOD
- Mix everything in a large bowl until smooth.
- Adjust texture if needed. Too dry? Add a splash of milk. Too wet? Add coconut or protein powder.
- Roll into 30g balls (makes 16-18 balls).
- Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and enjoy!
