CHOCOLATE OATS & APPLE
INGREDIENTS
- 40g Carmen’s Protein Oats
- 30g Happy Way Choc Coconut Protein powder
- ¾ cup water
- 120g Granny smith apple cut up (or fruit of choice)
METHOD
- In a small saucepan add water and oats. Cook on medium to low heat for about 3-5 minutes until cooked.
- Remove from heat and stir in protein powder.
- Serve in a bowl with apple (or berries - about 100g)
