CHOCOLATE PROTEIN PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg⁠
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (120 ml)⁠
  • 1/4 cup Happy Way Choc Pea Vegan Protein Powder (60 ml / 30g)⁠
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour mix (60 ml)⁠
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder⁠
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder⁠
  • Pinch of salt⁠

METHOD

  1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Cook the pancakes on a non-stick pan for a few minutes on each side.
  3. Add your toppings and enjoy!
