INGREDIENTS

1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (120 ml)
- 1/4 cup Happy Way Choc Pea Vegan Protein Powder (60 ml / 30g)
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour mix (60 ml)
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
METHOD
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
- Cook the pancakes on a non-stick pan for a few minutes on each side.
- Add your toppings and enjoy!
